· Inspect incoming fabrics, trims, labels, accessories, and other raw materials before production.

· Verify fabric quality, color, GSM, defects, and other specifications as per approved standards.

· Review customer order sheets, tech packs, measurement charts, and print/artwork files before production starts.

· Monitor quality during cutting, printing, stitching, finishing, and packing to ensure processes are followed correctly.

· Conduct regular inline inspections to identify and resolve quality issues before they affect production.

· Check garment measurements, stitching quality, print placement, embroidery, labeling, finishing, and overall workmanship.

· Ensure all finished garments match the original order sheet, approved sample, tech pack, and print file before dispatch.

· Verify correct sizes, quantities, color assortments, labels, packaging, and carton details before shipment.

· Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and reduce rework and rejections.

· Maintain QC reports, inspection records, and communicate quality concerns to management.





· Perform random post-dispatch quality checks and assist in analyzing customer complaints to implement corrective actions.

Guide the quality checking team, assign inspection responsibilities, and ensure all products are checked accurately before moving to the next production stage.

Requirements

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in garment/apparel quality control (Sportswear experience preferred).

· Solid knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, fabrics, stitching, printing, finishing, and packaging.

· Ability to read tech packs, measurement charts, and customer specifications.

· Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and ensure quality standards are maintained at every stage of production.
