Role Description
This full-time, in office Key Accounts Manager role is based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Key Accounts Manager will oversee strategic relationships with key customers, ensuring consistent communication, timely support, and alignment of solutions with client needs.
Daily responsibilities include managing account plans, tracking performance against targets, coordinating with internal teams on quotations, deliveries, and after-sales service, and addressing issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. The role involves analyzing customer data, identifying opportunities for growth, supporting business planning, and preparing regular reports and presentations for leadership. The individual will also collaborate with operations, engineering, and finance to ensure commitments to key accounts are met and to support long-term partnerships.
