Restaurant & F&B; Manager Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant & F&B; Manager to lead end-to-end restaurant and Food & Beverage operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational excellence, driving profitability, and ensuring high team performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily restaurant and F&B; operations.
- Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate the F&B; team.
- Ensure high standards of service, food quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Manage POS systems, billing, inventory, procurement, and cost control.
- Drive revenue through effective sales strategies and upselling.
- Plan and execute banquets,



events, and special F&B; functions.
- Prepare operational and performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, preferably with premium hotels, resorts, or fine-dining establishments.
- Strong experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and guest service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, hospitality PMS/software, and operational reporting.
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- Robust team management and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to Mulshi, Maharashtra.
