The Role
As a Junior BDE, you own the top of our B2B sales funnel: finding the right colleges and companies, reaching the right decision-makers, and booking quality discovery meetings for the team. You will work alongside experienced BDEs on live deals — joining discovery meetings, preparing proposals, and learning the full sales cycle hands-on.
This is a growth role. Junior BDEs who consistently hit their pipeline metrics are groomed for promotion to Business Development Executive, with full ownership of deals and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Research




• Identify and qualify target institutions — commerce colleges and universities with active B.Com / BBA / BCA / MBA programs — scoring them by student intake, placement-cell activity, and training gaps
• Identify corporate prospects (BFSI, consulting, tech, manufacturing) hiring commerce graduates at scale or investing in L&D;
• Map the right decision-makers: Principals, HODs, and Training & Placement Officers at institutions; HR Heads, L&D; Managers, and CFOs at corporates

Outreach & Meetings
• Make first contact with every current lead within 2 working days — short, sharp, outcome-led outreach designed to win a meeting, not deliver a pitch
• Run disciplined multi-channel follow-ups on defined SLAs until a meeting is booked or the lead is parked with a clear reason
• Schedule discovery meetings and support senior BDEs in running them — capturing notes, requirements, and the information t
