Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled STEM & Robotics Trainer to conduct engaging sessions for school students. The ideal candidate will have prior experience teaching robotics/STEM concepts and a passion for inspiring young minds through interactive, activity-based learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver STEM and Robotics training sessions to school students as per the curriculum
- Set up, demonstrate, and guide students through robotics kits, coding tools, and STEM projects
- Plan and prepare lesson plans, activities, and hands-on projects
- Manage classroom activities and ensure active student participation




- Troubleshoot technical issues with robotics kits/equipment during sessions
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to coordinators/parents as required
- Coordinate with school staff and management for smooth conduct of sessions
- Maintain training records, attendance, and session reports
- Participate in workshops, exhibitions, and STEM events organized by the company

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Applications, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in STEM/Robotics training or teaching (freshers with strong technical/teaching aptitude may also be considered)
- Basic knowledge of robotics kits, sensors, electronics, and coding (Scratch, Arduino, Python, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Patience and ability to engage with school-age children
- Willingness to travel to assigned schools in Yadgiri
- Positive organizat
