Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing teams. This role will be responsible for driving employee lifecycle management, employee relations, recruitment, and engagement initiatives while partnering closely with business leaders to build a high-performance culture.

Experience: 2–4 Years

Location: Currently Remote / NCR





Industry Preference: Internet, E-commerce, Consumer Tech, Digital-First Startups

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition-

Manage hiring for assigned business functions.
Coordinate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding.
Build and maintain active pipelines for high-volume or critical roles to reduce future time-to-fill.
Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurate and updated, tracking metrics such as time-to-hire, source quality, and offer acceptance rate.
Work closely with hiring managers to ensure quality and timely hiring outcomes.

Employee Lifecycle Management-

Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, internal movements, and offboarding.
Ensure accurate employee records, HR documentation, and policy compliance.
Drive seamless employee experiences across all stages of employment.
