We are growing our India engineering team to support exciting upcoming client
engagements across a variety of industries. As a Senior Software Engineer,
you'll work with modern technologies to build scalable applications, APIs, data
pipelines, and cloud-native solutions for our consulting clients.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, learning
new technologies, and working across different projects. While each engagement
may use a different technology stack, we're looking for engineers with strong
software engineering fundamentals who can quickly adapt and contribute.

What you'll do

* Design, build, test, and maintain high-quality software applications
* Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems
* Build and maintain data pipelines and event-driven applications
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver technical
solutions
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
* Participate in architecture discussions and technical design
* Review code and mentor other engineers




* Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application
performance
* Work across multiple technology stacks depending on client needs

EXPERIENCE WITH TWO OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING TECHNOLOGIES:

Backend

* Kotlin or Java
* PHP
* Python (FastAPI preferred)

Frontend

* React
* Next.js
* TypeScript

Data & Messaging

* Apache Kafka
* Event-driven architecture
* Data pipeline development

Cloud & DevOps (Nice to Have)

* Docker
* Kubernetes
* Google Cloud Platform (preferred), AWS, or Azure

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
* 7+ years of qualified software engineering experience
* Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor,
GitHub Copilot, or similar to improve software development workflows, code
quality, debugging, testing, and documentation.
