Role & responsibilities :
- Manage billing operations for all empanelled insurance, TPA , CGHS, ECHS, Aayushman Bharat.
- Ensure accurate preparation and timely submission of cashless and reimbursement claims.
- Verify bills for completeness, documentation, package compliance, and authorization requirements.
- Monitor pending claims, denials, short payments, and rejections; ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain records of empanelment agreements, tariffs, package rates, and contract terms.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, insurer guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Supervise and train billing executives and empanelment coordinators.

Preferred candidate profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/MHA or relevant certification is preferred.
- 8-12 years of experience in hospital billing, with at least 23 years handling insurance/TPA/corporate empanelments.
- Robust knowledge of hospital billing processes and revenue cycle management.
- Familiarity with insurance, TPA, CGHS, ECHS, Ayushman Bharat, ESIC, and corporate billing procedures.
- Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and Microsoft Excel.
