Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Noida. The Real Estate Consultant will identify and qualify leads, conduct property presentations, and guide clients through the entire transaction process, from initial inquiry to closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, advising clients on property options and investment opportunities, preparing and reviewing documentation,



and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves managing client relationships, negotiating offers, ensuring accurate property listings, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate regulations and trends. The consultant will also participate in regular training sessions, sales meetings, and promotional events to support business development.

Qualifications
- Strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local market trends and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven Sales skills with experience in lead generation, client conversion, and revenue growth.
- Effective Negotiation abilities to structure deals, handle objections, and close transactions.
- Experience in Training or mentoring team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
