We are seeking a creative and customer-focused Social Media Executive cum CRM Executive to manage our brand's digital presence while strengthening customer relationships. The ideal candidate will create engaging social media content, drive online engagement, execute CRM initiatives, and enhance customer loyalty for our fashion retail brand.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and seasonal collections.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and influencers for content creation.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
- Respond to customer comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
- Track and report social media performance using analytics tools.

CRM & Customer Engagement
- Maintain and update the customer database.
- Execute SMS, WhatsApp, email, and loyalty campaigns.
- Manage customer feedback and resolve queries in coordination with store teams.




- Track customer purchase behavior and recommend retention strategies.
- Support loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives.
- Generate CRM reports and analyze campaign effectiveness.

Marketing Support
- Assist in planning promotions, store events, and product launches.
- Coordinate with retail stores to ensure campaign execution.
- Support influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in social media marketing and CRM, preferably in fashion/apparel retail.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience with CRM tools and email marketing platforms is preferred.
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
