Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Bengaluru. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and social media campaigns, website and app interfaces, and marketing materials that align with NEWME’s brand and Gen Z audience. Responsibilities include developing concepts, designing graphics and layouts, refining logos and brand elements, and ensuring consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.



The role involves close collaboration with marketing, product, and content teams to translate briefs into compelling designs, while iterating quickly based on feedback and performance data. The Graphic Designer will manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain organized design files, and stay current with design trends and tools relevant to fashion and youth-focused brands.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for digital, social, and print applications.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create and refine brand identities and visual systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography to select, pair, and apply type effectively across various formats.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar) is beneficial.
- Experience designing for fashion, youth-focused, or lifestyle brand
