Role Description
This remote internship role focuses on LinkedIn outreach to engage prospective learners, partners, and community members for AI CERTs®. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and researching target profiles,



sending personalized connection requests and follow-up messages, and maintaining qualified communication on LinkedIn. The intern will help organize responses, track outreach in simple CRM or spreadsheet tools, and coordinate with the marketing and partnerships teams on messaging and campaigns. Additional tasks may include drafting brief content for LinkedIn posts or messages, supporting community-building initiatives, and providing feedback on outreach strategies. This is an internship role designed to offer hands-on experience in professional networking and digital outreach.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally and courteously with diverse LinkedIn contacts.
- Candidates should possess solid Research and Community Outreach skills to identify relevant profiles, communities, and opportunities for engagement.
