Role Description

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for building and managing the school's digital presence across social media platforms. The role involves creating engaging content, covering school events, promoting admissions, showcasing achievements, and strengthening the school's brand through innovative storytelling and strategic campaigns.

Qualifications
- Robust skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow school social channels.
- Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy tailored to educational audiences.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience managing social media for an organization, ideally in education or youth-focused settings.
- Familiarity with CBSE school environment and sensitivity to working with students and families is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute the school's social media strategy.




- Manage the school's official social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, and campaigns.
- Capture and cover school events through photography and videography.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to collect content.
- Write creative captions, copy, and promotional content.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Monitor trends and create timely, relevant content.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Respond to comments and messages professionally when required.
- Ensure consistency in branding, design, and communication.
