Role Description
The Billing Engineer is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing and overseeing project billing activities to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timely invoicing. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), performing detailed quantity take-offs, and coordinating with project and site teams to validate measured work. The role involves conducting rate analysis,



verifying billing against contracts and actual work executed, and maintaining up-to-date billing records in relevant systems. The Billing Engineer will also analyze billing discrepancies, prepare cost and quantity reports, support audits, and collaborate with finance and project management teams to streamline billing processes and support decision-making.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying.
- Candidates should possess working knowledge of Billing Systems and related software tools.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and expertise in Rate Analysis.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience in infrastructure or construction projects with exposure to project billing and cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other estimation or billing software; familiarity with contract docume
