Key Responsibilities

1. Vendor Identification & Onboarding
- Research and identify potential vendors for raw materials, packaging, and operational requirements.
- Evaluate vendor capabilities against quality, compliance, and commercial benchmarks.




- Support onboarding activities including documentation, negotiations, approvals, and contract execution.

2. Vendor Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned vendors.
- Build long-term collaborative partnerships through regular engagement.
- Resolve vendor concerns and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct periodic vendor reviews and performance discussions.

3. Negotiation & Contract Management
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and service agreements.
- Maintain and monitor vendor contracts and compliance obligations.
- Identify opportunities for contract optimization and cost efficiencies.

4. Performance Monitoring & Improvement
- Track vendor performance on quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.
- Analyze vendor scorecards and recommend corrective actions where required.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement
