Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages as per customer requirements.
- Understand coffee roast levels, flavour notes, and brewing methods.
- Maintain rapid and efficient service during busy hours.
- Recommend suitable beverages, coffee roasts, and equipment to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the caf and work station.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure all coffee and brewing equipment is clean and working properly.
- Follow caf safety, security, and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista.
- Hands-on experience with coffee brewing equipment.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in different shifts.
- Barista training/certification is an added advantage.
