Primary Responsibilities

Lead the development, deployment, and optimization of artificial intelligence and machine learning models and enterprise application solutions in production
Drive end-to-end delivery across artificial intelligence initiatives and broader engineering workstreams, including platform modernization, application development, and integration
Apply advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques, including natural language processing, natural language understanding,



semantic understanding, intent classification, computer vision, deep learning, and automatic speech recognition
Translate experimental research and analytical insights into scalable, secure, and production-ready enterprise solutions
Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance accountability for engineering managers and senior-level skilled staff across artificial intelligence, machine learning, and traditional software development teams
Partner with product, business, and technology leaders to align artificial intelligence and non-artificial intelligence engineering initiatives with measurable business outcomes
Communicate complex technical, analytical, and artificial intelligence-driven insights clearly to leadership and non-technical stakeholders
