About Us:
Vartika Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals is looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our team in Bhiwadi. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and induction for recent employees
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Help coordinate attendance, leave tracking, and payroll inputs
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions
- Support compliance with labor laws and statutory documentation
- Handle day-to-day administrative and HR coordination tasks

Requirements:




- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and work on-site at our Bhiwadi facility
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
