Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding (5+ Years Experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We are a multinational freight forwarding and logistics company with offices in India, Russia, and China, specializing in international air, sea, and multimodal logistics.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven background in freight forwarding sales.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales.
- Strong network of exporters, importers, manufacturers, and trading companies.
- Experience in Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), Customs Clearance, and International Logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Professional, self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
- Experience in India–Russia logistics will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate current business and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Handle quotations, sales negotiations, and client meetings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the customer portfolio.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth shipment execution.
