Role & responsibilities
- Daily Manpower Monitoring
- Monthly & Weekly Production Planning
- Training & Upskilling of Manpower
- Address Inter-department issues
- Achieve Daily & Monthly production targets
- Conduct gap analysis time to time & improve production efficiency
- Implement GMP & GHP
- Maintain manufacturing standards by following SOP's
- Analyze process flow & production capacity and address deficiency, if any
- Wastage Control and Salvage
- Implement Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 22000
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate (Preferably in Science)
- Valuable Communication Skills
- Proficiency in Hindi & English
- Good Knowledge in computers, MS Office
- Should have minimum of 8 years of experience in FIBC / Jumbo Bag finishing line
