Role Description
The IT Office Assistant is a full time, on-site role based in Nadiad, supporting the smooth operation of the studio’s office and basic IT-related tasks. This position handles daily administrative duties such as maintaining records, organizing files, managing office supplies, and coordinating with internal teams.



Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, assisting visitors, and ensuring professional communication with clients and partners. The IT Office Assistant also supports the setup and basic troubleshooting of office equipment, such as computers, printers, and communication devices, and helps coordinate with the IT team for technical issues. The role requires consistent on-site presence, reliability, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced creative environment.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, scheduling, and document management.
- Basic knowledge of Office Equipment, including setup and routine troubleshooting for computers, printers, scanners, and conferencing tools.
- Comfort with using office productivity software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and calendar tools)
