Job Overview:

The Rebar Revit Detailer will be responsible for preparing accurate reinforcement models, shop drawings, bar bending schedules, and rebar detailing using Autodesk Revit and related software. The role requires solid knowledge of reinforcement detailing, structural drawings, and coordination with engineering and project teams to ensure constructible and accurate rebar deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 3D reinforcement models using Autodesk Revit based on structural and engineering drawings.

• Develop accurate rebar shop drawings, fabrication drawings, placing drawings, and bar bending schedules.





• Detail reinforcement for precast and/or reinforced concrete elements including beams, columns, slabs, walls, footings, stairs, and other structural components.

• Interpret structural drawings, specifications, design documents, and reinforcement schedules.

• Coordinate rebar models and drawings with structural, architectural, MEP, and other disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.

• Ensure reinforcement detailing complies with project specifications, applicable codes, and approved design requirements.

• Prepare rebar quantities, schedules, and documentation as required for fabrication and site execution.

• Review drawings and models for accuracy, completeness, constructability, and compliance with project standards.

• Incorporate revisions and design changes accurately and maintain proper drawing/model documentation.

• Coordinate with engineers, detailers, BIM teams, and project stakeholders to meet project deadli
