Position Summary

The Organizational Development Specialist – Leader Experience is responsible for designing, leading,



and continuously improving programs across the Covenant Health enterprise that enhance the overall leader experience while ensuring successful adoption of complex change initiatives. This role leverages organizational development practices, change management methodologies, industry insights, and data-driven decision-making to identify leadership needs, develop talent pipelines, and create learning experiences that enhance employee engagement, performance, and succession readiness.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional organizational development initiatives that foster a culture of ownership, urgency, innovation and safety.
Develop and execute enterprise leadership development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Establish project plans, governance structures, communication strategies, and success metrics.
Assess leadership capability gaps and recommend targeted development solutions.
Design leadership frameworks, competencies, and career development pathways.
Lead the end-to-end management of leadership development programs, including planning, implementatio
