The Mission: You are not just a marketer; you are a growth driver. Your mission is to build and manage our Influencer Vertical. You will identify, onboard, and manage creators to drive high-impact content that results in paid customer leads for Bizznode.

What You’ll Do:
- Influencer Outreach: Build and scale a network of creators and influencers aligned with our service categories.
- Performance Marketing: Create, manage, and optimize influencer-led campaigns to drive paid leads.
- Content Strategy: Use your editing and AI-tool skills to create high-converting promotional assets.
- Data-Driven Growth: Analyze campaign performance and iterate based on real-time acquisition data.

What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Influencer Management,



or Performance Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills (SEO insights, conversion tracking, campaign optimization).
- Ability to use AI tools for content creation and editing.
- A "Results-First" mindset—we value outcomes over hours spent.

Compensation Structure (Performance-Driven):
- Probation (Month 1): Uncapped earning potential with 50% commission on every paid lead generated.
- Permanent Role (Month 2 onwards): Upon hitting the 20-25 leads milestone, you transition to a ₹20,000 fixed salary + 3% ongoing commission on all leads.
- Long-term Growth: Consistent performance leads to a base salary increase to ₹25,000 + commission within 6 months.
