Your Mission

As a Partner, you will lead the TRS practice by driving strategic growth, delivering exceptional client value, mentoring future leaders, and strengthening the firm's market presence. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients while shaping the next phase of the firm's expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Leadership & Growth
- Lead and scale the Tax,



Regulatory & Services practice with a clear focus on sustainable growth.
- Define the strategic roadmap for expanding service offerings and market presence.
- Build a high-performing practice by attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent.
- Drive operational excellence while ensuring profitability and effective resource utilization.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Strategic Client Advisory
- Serve as a trusted advisor to promoters, Boards, CXOs, CFOs, investors, and multinational organizations.
- Deliver strategic advice on complex domestic and international tax matters.
- Support clients in business restructuring, expansion, investments, and regulatory matters.
- Develop practical, commercially viable solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
- Ensure outstanding client experience through proactive engagement and long-term relationship management.
