Role Description
The Google Ad Manager role at Craft Empowering Careers is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The individual in this role will plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to promote the institution’s training programs and services, focusing on lead generation and brand visibility. Daily responsibilities include keyword research, audience targeting,



budget management, performance monitoring, and reporting on key metrics. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align campaign strategies with enrollment goals, refining ad creatives and messaging, and ensuring campaigns comply with platform policies. The Google Ad Manager will continuously test and improve campaigns based on data insights to maximize return on ad spend.
