Role Summary-The candidate will be responsible for leading the entire O&M; business vertical at the group level, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, customer satisfaction and business growth across all solar assets under management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management-Client, Supplier, Service Partner, Internal teams and Board members.
- Lead the complete O&M; business for C&I; and Utility-scale solar power plants across India.
- Manage a large portfolio of operational solar assets (100 MW+ with the capability to scale further).
- Build and strengthen the O&M; organization, including regional teams, reporting structure and operational processes.
- Drive plant performance through generation optimization, preventive and predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure achievement of generation guarantees, SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor commercial performance, budgeting, cost optimization and profitability of the O&M; business.
- Develop AMC business opportunities and support business development initiatives.




- Establish robust HSE practices, quality standards, and digital monitoring systems.

Experience Required:
- 12-15 years of relevant experience in the power or renewable energy sector.
- Minimum 5-10 years of leadership experience in Solar O&M.;
- Proven experience in managing large solar portfolios (preferably 500 MW+).
- Robust understanding of utility-scale and C&I; solar projects, SCADA, performance analytics, asset management, and contractual obligations.
- Experience in team building, customer management, and P&L; responsibility will be preferred.

CTC Range-Open for the right candidate and will be aligned with industry standards based on experience and capability. As per my understanding- this will be around 25lac-30lac
