Salary: 30,000 to 45,000 per month (3,60,000 to 5,40,000 per year)

Who We Are

GAJAN Group Holdings is a holding company with eleven businesses across commerce, software and services, with entities in Mohali and Toronto. Four e-commerce brands, two B2B SaaS products, an AI operations platform, a salon, a music label, a travel platform, and property. The team is small. The work is real. Everyone here owns their function outright.

What This Job Is

We are hiring our first HR person. You will be building this function from scratch, not maintaining something that already exists. You will source candidates, run interviews, close offers, handle onboarding, and make sure the people side of the company runs well.

We have an AI assisted hiring pipeline already built and running. You will learn to operate it. It handles first pass screening automatically, so your time goes to the parts that need a human.

This is the first of several hires. Once you are in seat, you own every hire after you.





What You Will Do
- Source and hire for tech, e-commerce, and marketing roles across our India team
- Run our hiring pipeline from first contact to signed offer
- Onboard every new hire: tools access, first week plan, introductions
- Coordinate PF and ESIC with our external compliance partner
- Draft offer letters and employment contracts
- Build our employee handbook, leave policy, and POSH documentation
- Report weekly to the founder on hiring progress

What We Are Looking For
- 2 to 4 years in HR with real hands on hiring experience
- You have hired for tech or e-commerce roles before
- Strong written English. This role is remote and most of what you produce is written
- You have worked remotely before and can run your own day without being managed
- Based in India and working IST hours
