About the Role

RIJ Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Sr. Quality Manager to lead and strengthen quality assurance systems in a precision gear manufacturing environment. This leadership role requires deep technical expertise, robust customer interface skills, and the authority to drive world-class quality standards aligned with IATF 16949.
Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure all & development related activities for new & regular components are performed

2. Prepare process flow diagram of every part.

3. Create control plan

4. Coordinate with other NPD departments

5. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and maintaining all related documents while identifying areas of quality failures and taking steps to rectify the system.

6. Expertise in Quality core tool (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)

7.




At Gear Process includes like Gear cutting i.e- Hobbing, shaving, Shaping, Heat Treatment (Case carburizing and Profile Grinding.

8. Works on preparing PPAP Documents.

9. Working on feasibility of Drawing.

10. Maintain ECN & PCN Documents.

11. Preparing Estimation of component by designing process.
Authority

1. Ensure all & development related activities for new & regular components are performed
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering.

04 –05 years of quality management experience in gear or automotive component manufacturing.

Certification/experience in IATF 16949 & Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).

Proven exposure to customer audits and third-party audits.
