About the Role
Krazybee Services Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join its Personal Loan sales team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic NBFC environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote Personal Loan products.
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and repayment options.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Achieve daily, weekly,
and monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Intermediate with relevant experience or Any Graduate.
- 0–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, or Inside Sales.
- Experience in Personal Loans, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services is preferred.
- Age up to 30 years.
- Excellent communication skills in English and any one of the following languages:
- Hindi
- Kannada
- Tamil
- Malayalam
