Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager - Commercial Leasing / Office Leasing to drive business development, client acquisition, and commercial leasing transactions in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong consultative sales skills, experience in commercial real estate and the ability to build long-term relationships with occupiers, landlords, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities





Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify and engage startups, SMEs, corporates, GCCs, and enterprise clients with office space requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct market mapping and identify companies with expansion, relocation, or lease renewal requirements.

Client Advisory & Leasing
- Understand client requirements including location, budget, seat count, workspace model, and timelines.
- Present suitable office space options and create comparative analyses.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits.
- Advise clients on market trends, rental benchmarks, and leasing strategies.
- Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate successful transaction closures.

Relationship Management
