Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience: 5-10 years of experience In Offset Printing & Packaging Industry
Qualification: Diploma or B.E Mechanical Preferred
Salary: Rs. 40000 to Rs. 50000 PM

Job Description:
- Lead and manage a team of 10–12 executives and 60–70 workers.
- Ensure production targets, quality, and productivity are achieved.
- Oversee production planning and inventory management.
- Control production costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage production shifts and workforce allocation.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and audits.
- Supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown machine maintenance.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety, and plant discipline.
- Monitor machine operations and optimize workstation productivity.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members.
- Drive continuous improvement and effective time management.
- Ensure regular shop-floor presence and robust leadership.
