Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and maintain COBOL programs for mainframe applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions using VSAM technology.
- Develop complex data processing pipelines using JCL (Job Control Language) to optimize system performance.
- Troubleshoot issues related to program execution, data integrity, and system errors.

Job Requirements :

Location: Gurgaon/Chennai

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM and 2 PM to 11 PM
- 2-11 years of experience in mainframe application support or development
- Experience supporting COBOL, CICS, Db2, and VSAM environments
- Experience handling L3 production support escalations, incident resolution, problem management,



and change support
- Experience using mainframe diagnostic or performance tools such as File-Aid, File Manager, Xpeditor, Abend-AID, IBM OMEGAMON, or Broadcom SYSVIEW
- Experience using source or version control tools such as Endevor or Changeman for production changes and deployments
- Experience working within Agile, DevOps, ITIL, or IT service management frameworks
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university
