About The Opportunity
A rapid-moving fashion-tech startup in India, we fuse trend forecasting, digital design, and rapid sample-to-market execution to empower emerging designers and DTC brands. Our team builds collections that resonate with Gen Z and millennial consumers—blending streetwear aesthetics, sustainable materials, and tech-enabled design workflows. You’ll work hands-on with fabrics, sketches, and 3D avatars to bring concepts to life under tight deadlines and real market pressure.

Role & Responsibilities
- Sketch and digitize 5–8 design concepts per week using Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW, based on trend briefs or brand guidelines.
- Assist senior designers in fabric sourcing, costing, and tech pack creation for production readiness.
- Collaborate with pattern makers and sample rooms to ensure accurate fit, construction, and material execution.
- Conduct fit sessions, document feedback, and revise designs for seasonal lineups or capsule drops.




- Support e-commerce content creation by styling and photographing garments for digital lookbooks or social assets.
- Maintain design archives, mood boards, and trend libraries to ensure brand continuity and speed in future cycles.
