Job Title: Team Leader – Sales / Business Development

Job Summary

The Team Leader will manage a team of Sales Consultants, drive team targets, and ensure productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel the team and clients on
Canada PR, Australia PR, Germany Opportunity Card, Job Search Services, Visit/Tourist Visas, and other products
.
- Convert leads through calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries.
- Follow up with the team and help close sales.
- Lead, train, and motivate Sales Consultants.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and team management.
- Allocate leads and monitor daily sales performance.
- Achieve team revenue and conversion targets.
- Conduct training sessions and performance reviews.
- Ensure focus on achieving weekly and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with Branch Managers and the Reporting Manager.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the team and share them with the Reporting Manager.
- Maintain a target-driven and result-oriented mindset.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.




- Minimum
3 years of experience in Immigration Sales
.
- At least
1–3 years of experience in a leadership role
(Immigration/Education Consultancy preferred).
- Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with the team and clients.
- Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and online communication tools.
