Role Description
The Senior Manager will lead end-to-end project execution for boiler and pollution control system solutions, overseeing planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and on-time delivery. This full-time,



on-site role in Uttar Pradesh, India involves managing cross-functional teams in design, engineering, manufacturing, erection, and commissioning, while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Senior Manager will coordinate with clients for requirements gathering, technical discussions, progress reviews, and resolution of operational issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project performance, controlling budgets, optimizing processes, and implementing best practices in steam and power solutions. The role also includes mentoring team members, driving continuous improvement, and supporting business development initiatives through technical input and proposal review.
