Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, patient, and experienced Home Tutor to provide personalized academic support to students. The ideal candidate should be able to create an engaging learning workplace, improve the student's understanding of subjects, and help achieve academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions at the student's home.
- Prepare lesson plans based on the student's academic curriculum.
- Assist with homework, assignments, and exam preparation.
- Identify the student's strengths and areas for improvement.
- Use interactive teaching methods to make learning enjoyable.
- Track the student's progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism.
- Encourage discipline, confidence, and independent learning.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred).




- Prior teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of the subjects being taught.
- Patient, responsible, and passionate about teaching.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and effective manner.

Working Hours
- As per mutually agreed schedule (typically 1–3 hours per day).

Compensation
- Salary/Fee: Negotiable based on qualifications, experience, class level, and number of teaching hours.
