Role Description

The Product Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for managing the sales cycle for PILON ENGINEERING’s products and solutions, including reactors,



flow chemistry systems, and engineering packages. Daily activities include identifying and qualifying leads, meeting prospective and existing clients, conducting product presentations and technical discussions, and preparing proposals and quotations. The Product Sales Manager will collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align solutions with customer requirements, support product demonstrations and FAT/SAT visits, and ensure a smooth handover from sales to project execution. The role also involves developing sales strategies, maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reports, nurturing long-term client relationships, and contributing to business growth targets in the region.
