Role Overview

Comviva is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Manager to drive business growth for its RevTech portfolio. The role will be responsible for developing qualified business opportunities, expanding strategic customer relationships, supporting new customer acquisition, and driving revenue growth across assigned accounts.

The incumbent will work closely with Regional Sales, Account Management, Product Management, Presales, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to position Comviva's solutions, develop account growth plans, and manage opportunities through the complete sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

Develop and execute account growth plans for assigned customers and territories.
Build and maintain a healthy qualified sales pipeline aligned with business targets.




Identify whitespace opportunities within existing accounts and drive new customer acquisition.
Drive opportunities from qualification through commercial closure.

Customer Engagement

Build solid relationships with business, technology, and procurement stakeholders.
Conduct customer meetings, workshops, product presentations, and executive discussions.
Understand customer business challenges and position Comviva's solutions to address their needs.

Opportunity Management

Lead opportunity qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, and commercial discussions.
Coordinate RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses in collaboration with Presales, Product Management, and Delivery teams.
Support commercial negotiations and contract closure activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Regional Sales, Account Management, Presales, Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, Delivery, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams to identify opportunities, develop a
