JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATION:

Any Graduate / DCE / Diploma in Materials Management

EXPERIENCE:

* 10 - 15 Years of relevant experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Will be in charge of project stores and engineering assets at construction
site.
* Responsible for management of stores inventory control System.
* Prepare and circulate Daily Material Receipt and Monthly Inventory Aging
Reports.
* Will be responsible for closure of audit reports related to stores.
* Stocking / dispatch of material, indenting, checking of material received
i.e., quantity and quality, etc,
* Preparation of all types of documents (Excise / Dispatch / Stores, GRN, RA
bills etc. all document work with positive record keeping).

KEY SKILLS:

* Experience of independently handling the store of site project.
* Hands on working experience on SAP.
* Must have knowledge of inter-company sale of assets / materials.
* Should be proficient in MS Office, MS Excel.
