Designation: Senior Manager II - Accounts Payable

Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver :
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the non-trade payable process,
improving efficiency and compliance across all areas of accounts payable.
Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices in non-trade accounts
payable.
Provide guidance and support in resolving complex payables issues, disputes, and discrepancies.
Organize training and development opportunities for team members to build their skills
and knowledge in accounts payable and broader finance functions.
Oversee payment processing and ensure cash flow is optimized by managing payment
schedules for non-trade payables.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of non-trade accounts payable transactions and
related financial data.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and complete
financial reporting.




Provide analysis and insights into trends in non-trade payables, identifying
opportunities for cost savings or operational improvements.
Ensure adherence to the company’s internal policies and regulatory requirements in all
aspects of non-trade accounts payable.
Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and
addressing audit queries related to payables.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or finance
operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in
E-Commerce or quick commerce companies is a robust advantage.
Advanced proficiency in SAP and MS Excel (advanced functions, including VLOOKUP,
Pivot Tables).
Familiarity with integrated financial systems, ERP tools, and accounts payable
automation solutions.
