Job Summary

The ServiceNow Development Team Lead is responsible for leading the delivery, support, and continuous enhancement of the ServiceNow platform while managing a team of developers and administrators. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, overseeing the planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise.

Working closely with Product Owners,



ITSM Process Owners, business stakeholders, and platform teams, the Team Lead is accountable for managing team workloads, Agile delivery processes, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, resource allocation, and release coordination to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of platform capabilities. The role also partners with leadership to develop strategic roadmaps, evaluate business requirements, and identify innovative solutions that leverage ServiceNow capabilities, AI, automation, and workflow optimization to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

In addition to providing people and technical leadership, the Team Lead establishes development standards, promotes ServiceNow best practices, oversees platform governance and quality assurance, and drives continuous improvement across platform operations and delivery processes.
