Job description :
Workday Configuration & Administration
Support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday HCM and related modules.
Assist with the administration of Global Time and Absence, Talent Management, Compensation, and Recruiting.
Support configuration changes, business process updates, security administration, validations, and testing activities.
Participate in Workday releases by evaluating current functionality, performing testing, and supporting deployment activities.




Assist with troubleshooting system issues and identifying root causes of configuration, process, and data challenges.
Respond to and resolve HRIS support requests, investigate system issues, and provide timely resolution to stakeholders.
Support the implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing administration of Workday Recruiting.
Partner with Talent Acquisition stakeholders to gather requirements, configure functionality, and optimize recruiting processes.
Support annual compensation processes including merit, bonus, and compensation planning activities.
Develop and maintain system documentation, process guides, and configuration records.
Reporting & Analytics
Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and data visualizations.
Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable workforce insights.
