As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead strategic Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives across DHL Group,
driving successful onboarding of applications into our central IAM and PIAM platforms.
You will be responsible for managing large-scale application onboarding programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of projects from initiation through go-live. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, security teams, application owners, development teams, testing teams, and support organizations across multiple regions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading large-scale IAM and PIAM application onboarding programs using a factory delivery model, ensuring predictable, scalable, and high-quality onboarding outcomes.
Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, resource planning, and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent initiatives.
