Position Overview
This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, compliance, and customer success — owning the full post-sale lifecycle from onboarding to retention while also identifying and nurturing strategic partner relationships. You'll work directly with clients navigating international hiring,



helping them understand local labour requirements and ensuring they get measurable value from the platform. Success here means clients expand their global teams confidently, with the company as their trusted backbone.

Role & Responsibilities
Own end-to-end customer onboarding — coordinating contracts, payroll setup, and compliance documentation for clients hiring across multiple countries
Manage a portfolio of accounts, conducting regular check-ins, resolving escalations, and identifying upsell or expansion opportunities
Research and identify potential strategic partners (HR tech platforms, recruitment agencies, consultancies) and lead outreach and initial negotiations
Advise clients on local statutory labour requirements, employment compliance, and benefits norms across relevant geographies
Collaborate with internal legal, payroll, and product teams to resolve client queries and relay product feedback
Track account health metrics, renewal timelines,
