About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Engineering Lead to take complete ownership of our technical stack, product architecture, and engineering team.
As the founder transitions out of day-to-day technical operations, you will be the trusted leader responsible for driving code quality, making high-level architectural decisions, and mentoring our junior engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Serve as the primary decision-maker for all software architecture, database design, and infrastructure management.
Team Mentorship & Management: Lead, mentor, and level up our team of junior engineers through rigorous code reviews, pair programming, and setting clear engineering standards.
Code Quality & Best Practices: Establish and enforce best practices for clean code, technical debt management (knowing when to delete code), and efficient deployments.
Security & Infrastructure: Proactively monitor, identify, and resolve security vulnerabilities while ensuring our infrastructure is scalable, stable, and well-maintained.
