Deliver on-site and remote training to mine operators, supervisors, and dispatchers on HME fleet management systems.
Conduct practical assessments and operator certification programs aligned with mine safety and compliance protocols.
Tailor training content based on site-specific equipment and operational practices.
Provide technical guidance on optimal system use for haul truck operators and other mobile equipment users.
Conduct follow-up sessions to reinforce learning, assess adoption, and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with site managers and fleet controllers to ensure consistent messaging across teams.
Support system commissioning, operator onboarding, and post-implementation reviews during mine site deployments.
Prepare and maintain training documentation, feedback reports, and training matrices.
Act as a frontline ambassador of HME systems on site, ensuring successful end-user adoption.
Required Skills & Experience
Prior experience in operator training or assessing within an active mine site setting.
Skilled in operating mobile mining equipment such as haul trucks, dozers, loaders, and graders.
High-level understanding of fleet management systems, telemetry data, and equipment productivity.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills suited to training in field-based environments.
Ability to travel to remote mine sites as required.
Confidence in addressing groups, delivering technical content, and engaging with operators of varying skill levels.
Preferred Qualifications
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent (desirable).
Background in mining production, operations, or mobile equipment management.
Experience with systems such as HME FMS, Modular, Wenco, or similar platforms.
