We are seeking a Powder Mixing Supervisor to oversee the preparation and mixing of raw materials in our manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate mixing operations, maintaining product quality, while enforcing safety standards. This role requires robust attention to detail, experience in powder processing, and the ability to lead a team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the weighing and mixing of raw materials according to production formulas, while following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Conduct quality checks on blended powders to ensure consistent in texture, homogeneity, and performance
Ensure that all batch records and documentation are accurately completed
Manage inventory of raw materials and report any shortages or deviations
Qualifications
Ideal candidate has
Experience of 3-5 years in powder mixing
Degree in a related field
