Responsibilities
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM framework, and infrastructure concepts
Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
Experience with MID Server setup and integrations
Positive understanding of ITSM processes
ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS-ITOM preferred)
Eligibility Criteria
Excellent communication skills
15+ years of regular, full-time education (10th + 12th + 3 years graduation)
Graduate/ Post-graduate degree
