Beagle is a golden source for all information related to Agreements and Legal Regulatory data and is a key system for Legal user, Data Integrity and Regulatory teams.
The Platform Facilitates Notably The Following Functionality
Service Master agreements transactions made on the OTC market,
Document Management, Archiving and Drafting,
Service Master agreements workflow management.
Position Purpose
Beagle
The person will be a key member of the Beagle team that is tasked to deliver multiple complex projects. This role is within the GM IT team. Focus will primarily be on the evolving the web platform for GM IT within Corporate & Institutional Banking.
The role is for a Business Analyst with experience of working within a dynamic and demanding setting reacting to changing business needs who works equally well as an individual or as part of a team.
The candidate should be able to demonstrate that they have delivered value on large projects in Capital Markets.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Initial Analysis
Feasibility Studies
Initial Estimations
Providing proposals, High level solutions
Working with Project Managers to identify target delivery dates
Implementation/Post Live Support
Provide support for new/changed functionality where required, producing:
Release Notes, User Guides/documentation/Use case diagrams.
Arranging Functional Demo’s/Training.
Testing
Produce and execute Functional Test Packs – or provide guidance where required to testing teams
Regression Test Pack Assessment
Organize and manage end User Testing where required
Escalation of environment issues preventing progress
Functional Design and Documentation
Obtaining/clarifying/elaborating business requirements
Functional solution design and documentation
Re-estimation throughout Project lifecycle when required
